His expertise spans FMCG, renewable energy, wellness, and financial services, where he has successfully supported both start-ups and established brands to scale in diverse markets. An economist by training and certified in export market development by the International Trade Centre, he brings deep regional insight, strong commercial networks, and multilingual capability in English, Kiswahili, French, and Lingala to unlock sustainable growth opportunities for partners across diverse markets in Africa.

Co-Founder & Technical Director | NjeMa Clean Energy Africa (NCEA) Mike Arasa is a renewable energy engineer and project delivery specialist leading the technical execution of NCEA’s EPC, EPC-F, and BOT portfolio. His experience spans utility-scale solar, C&I infrastructure, and decentralized power systems, with a focus on technically complex and high-capacity projects. He directs the full project lifecycle- from feasibility and engineering design through construction oversight, commissioning, and operational performance- ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to bankable standards. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Environment and Energy Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering. His work advances resilient, scalable clean energy infrastructure that supports industrial growth and grid stability.

He brings strong analytical capability and a results-driven approach to helping businesses, governments, and development partners identify market opportunities, strengthen strategy, and drive sustainable growth through evidence-based decision-making. As Country Managing Partner for Nigeria, Ndombi leverages deep regional market knowledge and extensive experience in program evaluation, feasibility studies, and ecosystem analysis to guide partnerships and investment initiatives. Known for his integrity, strategic insight, and ability to translate complex data into practical business direction, he is committed to building impactful collaborations that deliver scalable solutions across the clean energy, public health, and development sectors.
